George Rohlinger

Mr. Rohlinger is a strategic and financial advisor to growth companies and a co-founder of Redyns Medical, a medical technology development company. He is a consultant to physical therapists in private practice, where he has advised on numerous strategic and financial initiatives as well as decisions related to the purchase and sale of a practice. Mr. Rohlinger has over 15 years of investment banking experience and, most recently, through 2006 was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and Head of the Los Angeles Industrial Group. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2000, he was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Rohlinger has extensive corporate finance and valuation expertise having advised on financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with aggregate dollar volume in excess of $25 billion.

Mr. Rohlinger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
