Jeanine Gunn is an Associate in Fearon & Levine, and the Director of Operations at Comprehensive Physical Therapy Center, Inc., a private orthopedic physical therapy practice in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she is responsible for daily operations as well as business development. Her clinical expertise focuses on orthopedic conditions, where she has overseen and coordinated specialty programs for her company, including women’s health, balance and vestibular, multiple sclerosis, and pilates/wellness programs for post discharged individuals. Dr. Gunn received her Masters degree in physical therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1993 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 1999. During her doctoral education she was a graduate assistant in USC’s entry level doctoral program, teaching in the year-long orthopedics curriculum.

Although Dr. Gunn has spent much of her career working in private orthopedic practices, her previous administrative hospital experience provides a valuable added dimension to her work with Fearon & Levine. As the Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Casa Colina Rehabilitation Hospital in Pomona, California, she was responsible for oversight of numerous programs. In this role she was responsible for all rehabilitation and specialty clinic budgets on the campus, proforma development for new programs and clinics, and supervised 250 PT’s, OT’s, SLP’s, Neuropsychologists, Physician Assistants, Audiologists, Medical Assistants, x-ray Tech's, PTA’s, COTA’s, office staff, and aides. Dr. Gunn was a primary member of the implementation team for several Specialty Clinics, including Industrial Medicine with 30,000 covered lives, and three Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinics. In 2003 she was a member of the JCAHO leadership team and responsible for all rehabilitation aspects of the JCAHO survey. Dr. Gunn has helped develop and manage multiple specialty outpatient programs, including an Industrial Aquatics, Sports Medicine, Fitness/Wellness aftercare, Audiology and Vestibular, and Hand therapy. In addition she has experience in the development of inpatient systems to allow Rehab and Nursing to work together to enhance patient care and was part of the capital campaign for the $60 million dollar building project.

Dr. Gunn has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1991, where she has served at both the state and national levels. She is currently the President of the Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) and prior to that was the Treasurer for OPTA and a member of the Board of Directors of the California Chapter. Nationally, she has served the APTA as Trustee on the Political Action Committee, a member of the Annual Conference Planning Committee, and currently serves on the Finance & Audit Committee. Dr. Gunn is currently an adjunct professor at the College of Mount St. Joseph’s physical therapy program in the area of health care administration.
